The "swoosh" of the Palletline logo became a bigger part of the new design and also gave a symbol that could be reproduced over and beyond livery, being carried through to the web site, stationery, literature and communications

Also with an eye on costs, DMD created a new livery which is significantly cheaper to produce and utilises a more practical use of colours for a cleaner fresher look.

This latest rebrand achieved the highest accolade by winning Motor Transport's "Livery of the Year" in 2009.

Palletline Award Winning Rebrand

2009 saw DMD rebrand clients Palletline Plc, the UK's leading palletised distribution network, for the third time in 18 years. Growth and expansion into the European market required Palletline to have a total redesign, one that would comfortably carry it through the UK and Europe alike.

The new rebrand had to be effective across all vehicle livery of varying sized trailers and cabs and throughout the vast Palletline membership and also be totally scalable for literature, stationery, web and all visual communications.

The final re design retained the Palletline colours and successfully moved the brand forward without loosing it's recognition.

DMD acknowledged the benefit of retaining brand awareness and were able to produce a design, which although different in look, still said "Palletline" to the outside world.
